Rampage size 10 distressed project boots

Never worn outside so doles are mint HOWEVER what began as some lightly distressed areas from storage, have now become a hot mess of cracking and delamination. See updates photos and closeups. My calves are too snug in these boots to keep for a project but could be reimagined possibly for a Halloween costume, with fabric or paint to camouflage.
