@amazzi143 Hi! Sorry for the delay, I was traveling all day yesterday and just getting caught up. Unfortunately it seems this brand isn’t doing many styles in size 23. This pair is 100% Colton with no spandex, they’ll have no stretch. I can’t say for sure how they’ll fit for you. However I do allow for exchanges here in my boutique with paid shipping.
