Overall, in good condition, WITH THE EXCEPTION of the back neckline / collar. It does need to be sewn back up. I have awful seamstress skills, so I would have fixed it, but I feared making things worse instead of better. Aside from that cosmetic flaw, the shirt is great and absolutely beautiful!
