Waist measures 13” flat, rise 8.5”, waist to leg hem uncuffed 11.75, cuffed as pictured 9.75. 5 pockets w/ belt loops; metal button and zipper closure, zipper works well. Made in the USA 🇺🇸 Shorts with all of their different sizing was driving me crazy so I am measuring waist to hopefully ensure everyone gets the size they need 😊
