Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti Open Heart Pendant Necklace- Medium

EUC -only owner- Tiffany & Co Elsa Peretti Heart pendant necklace. I believe it is a medium as it’s one inch and in diameter. The chain is NOT Tiffany’s. I wanted mine to hang longer and it’s an 18 inch sterling silver (included). Please note pictures: slight scarring in back from wear; but you really have to look closely. Picture showing it’s original piece included as well. Finally, also included pictures from Tiffany’s website. This size is currently $575 I honestly thought it was the large one? But as it’s and inch I believe it’s medium. If it’s actually the large your gain ☺️ Oh! I do not have a Tiffany box or bag as I’m using that for a ring I’m also selling.
