Beautiful shade of dark periwinkle 2pc dress by Noelle. NWT, both pieces could be worn separately. Top piece is tunic length. Dress measures (strechier material) 19" pit to pit and 54" from shoulder to hem. Top/tunic piece measures 22" pit to pit and 26"/43" from shoulder to hem.
