These are all natural hand harvested & selected Sweet Gum Burrs. Unique with their spiky appearance, they are all organic with no pesticide use, gathered after the tree naturally drops them. They make great natural decor, & are perfect for making crafts such as wreaths, Christmas trees, flowers, floral decor, ornaments, garland or bowl/vase filler or table scatter. Awesome for making kids crafts too--bedazzle them with paint & glitter! See pics for ideas!* While size of each burr varies, they average around 1 1/2 inches for each one. Most are a rich brown color, but some can appear darker brown or lighter, almost gray. You can even feed birds--coat with peanut butter & dip in bird seed! Also known as witches burrs, they are great for spells as well! This listing is for 20, but if you need more or less, my closet has other quantities available...or just message me & I'll make a special listing just for your needs!
Bundle & save, reasonable offers always welcome! Smoke free, pet friendly home.
*Craft pics are for example only for idea inspiration, you will not be receiving a finished craft, only the loose burrs*

@tlbladybug Hi! These designs are so cute! Love the spiders, lol. I was wondering if these hurt your fingers at all while you're working with them? Would they hurt children's fingers? Thank you so much- great original work! ☺️

@tonistwinkles hi there! They aren't as sharp as thorns, but some are quite prickly. With adult fingers most really don't tend to hurt your fingers when working with them, unless you're working with them for a prolonged time. Young children might have more tender skin though, so might not be suitable for crafting with kids who are very young. Thank you for your interest!💝😊

@chance121212 very welcome! So many people who have sweet gum trees think of this burrs as a burden, but they don't realize just how many uses they are great for, especially with crafts! Happy crafting!
