π₯π₯ This is a vintage 1980s Accessocraft NYC gold tone stretch belt. Accessocraft began in the 1930s and ended in 1998. Its fastener is a hook on the back side of the buckle. Photo 7 does show some wear on the back side of the buckle near the hook. This hook attaches to the small metal ring (see photo 9) located 5 1/2 inches from the end of the belt. Those 5 1/2 inches allow for the hang on the belt. The length of the belt is 28 3/4 inches but remember that 5 1/2 of those inches goes to the hang of the belt and not to the waist size. The waist size alone without the hang would measure from 23 to 26 inches allowing for stretch). The width of the belt is 1/2 inch, but the buckle clasp measures 1 1/2 inches in width. The depth is 1/8 inch. The additional item in the last photo is for size comparison only and is not included. Vintage items, by their very nature, show signs of age and wear. There is some wear on the back side of the buckle, but overall the belt is in good vintage condition. Be sure to look up close at all of the photos since they are part of the item's description. All vintage items are sold as is.π₯π₯β
