tiffscozycloset @jmb23 Hi! I finally went. The (high) waist is 18” stretched. It’s elastic waist. From the top of the shoulder strap to the elastic waist is 17”. Let me know 😊

tiffscozycloset @jmb23 I understand. I’m thinking there may have originally been a belt but when I bought it there wasn’t one. I wanted to make sure I had a picture of the waistband. (Without a belt) I hope that’s okay.
