Fantastic easy care piece for the Spring/Summer. 97% polyester/3% spandex. Stretchy material. Slip on/slip off. No buttons or zippers. 2 1/2” wide waist band falls into a float mini-skirt. 15” from top of waist to bottom of hem. Black background with yellow and orange sunflowers. Size petite small. It is shown on a mannequin believed to be a size 0. Excellent used condition.
