Chaser sunset palms high low

Can be a swim cover up or dress — cute high low with tassel trim. Worn once! (There is a small discoloration on the fabric on the lower back of the piece which is not a stain, but just looks like an area where the dye is lighter as shown in last pic) and another area or two where there’s a slight flaw or lighter dye in fabric.) Not super noticeable but want full disclosure on here.
