Used. Does have stains on the inside, throughout bag and one strap has to be tied as it came apart but over the shoulder strap is in fine condition. Authentic, purchased at Saks. NO diaper change pad included. Was a very loved bag but needs a new home. Exterior fabric is in overall really good condition, there are a few clear glossy dot stains on front pocket (see picture 1)
