Vintage Swank telescopic handle Shoe horn brush, brushed felt storage bag, box

Vintage SWANK Telescopic Shoe Horn and Brush with burgundy felt storage bag and original box This old school shoe horn is full of character. It is an expandable, 'telescopic' model which allows you to fold it up and travel with it easily. It measures approximately 19.5" when fully extended, including the brush. It easily collapses down to fit in to the original box which measures just 5"x2.5"x2" The box has writing on it (my father-in-law wrote on EVERYTHING) and one end is taped at the seams. My guess at age would be in the late 40's or early 50's based on talking with my father-in-law. He says he bought it after he got back from WW2. He's 95 now so take that with a grain of salt as to accuracy as it could have been in 1947 or 1957. He was scratching his head thinking about it :) . It doesn't look to be used very often. The stainless steel is still bright and shiny and there is a few specks of peeled paint on the wooden handle. See pictures for condition.
