BCBGeneration Mini Skirt with Draping Loops

It's a mini that's meant to fit tightly. The loops move with you and make it fun. Fabric is 60% cotton and 40% modal fabric which is bio-based fabric that is made from spinning beech tree cellulose. It's stretchy and meant to be form fitting. Measurements are: Waist on inside of waistband: 31" Length: 19" Width: 15 1/2" Size is M - probably about a 4-6 It's versatile and I loved it because it made me look skinny!
