Unique “Blondie” semi-sheer tunic. Cowl type neckline. It isn’t exactly sheer and can be worn alone. The tag says black liner, it is a silky tank marked S size on tag is Small but written on tag is XS-XXL*. I wear an XXL and it fits me but tight. My opinion is up to XL. Price drop.
