Vintage 90s velvet dress!

Absolutely gorgeous vintage 90s black floral velvet dress by David Warren! No noticeable flaws, however black flakes do come off of it for some reason? I really can’t tell where it’s coming from. So that’s something to keep in mind, but other than that it’s in great condition and is super stunning. Perfect for prom or another formal event if you want to have a vintage look! The tag says size 4, I’d say it fits like a medium! But the length is 54 inches and the waist is 28 inches! The material is a little stretchy! Please feel free to message me if you have any questions!
