Purchased it for an event but didn’t use it. Beautiful coloring, pictures don’t do it justice. Zipper zips all the way down but the last inch, does not effect getting in or out of the dress. Fits a ladies size 4 or 6. New with tag.

@kelseyoneal hi! Thank you for your interest. Laying flat it is 14 inches across. I would say a 27.5-28inch waist.
