These La Sportiva winter hiking boots are in great condition. I wore them 4-5 times. Ever! Completely cleaned and no odors, funk, junk, or bunk! Very light and very rugged. A very solid and sturdy sole. Not at all worn in yet. Still stiff! The Sole isn’t dirty, it’s the way the borax dried after soaking them in a sink to clean them. They are Waterproof! They are solid boots! I needed a bigger size and waited too long to return/ exchange them. Don’t let the older photos/ poor lighting fool you. 👍🏼 👌🏼
