This dress is crafted in a gorgeous yellow floral print which perfectly compliments its ultra-feminine style. This twirl-worthy maxi can easily be dressed up or down season after season. omghowcute @chappy0609 Thanks so much for your interest! It's a little hard to measure the hip here because it's more of a tent style - goes out at a slight angle from the underarm. So I measured 24.5in down from the top of the strap - at that point the width of the dress on the flat is 25.5in (double to get the full circumfrence). Hope that helps!
