Black Sparkly | Tulle Skirt

This skirt is simply stunning. Its modest with the durable lining underneath. A layer of black tulle covers a layer of gold sparkle dotted material, both overlaying the black lining. Lovely gold waistband. Its technically a kids skirt & size but let me just say ( & please see the measurements provided), that this easily works for a women’s 4/6. The waistband stretches to 18 inches flat. It pairs nicely with the type of cardigan as shown in the cover shot (its currently listed). SF - G8 shape. Ty
