Vintage, whimsical cherub riding on a koi fish. The base is marble and a milk glass dish is on top. It has a really nice patina but you could remove and would probably be a gold, brass or bronze color underneath. Made in Italy. I believe it was used as an ashtray in our family back in the late 60's early 70's.
