Material- N/A Care-Machine wash cold with like colors, no bleach, no tumble dry-recommend hanging to dry All measurements are approximate and taken while garment was lying flat. There isn't a whole lot of stretch to the skirt and based on measurements, IMO it fits like a 6/8. This is a very elegant looking 1950's vintage style black and white polka dot pleated swing skirt! I only wore the skirt a few times and then the pandemic happened and then it sat in my closet. Now I work from home, and I am pretty much in sweats all.
