This is a beautiful cloisonné enameled blue floral pattern hinged bangle bracelet. It is quite old and the hinge mechanism is jammed, so unless you have small wrists (6.75 inches or less), it won’t fit you. I used it as a bangle since I’ve never attempted to open it. It’s inner diameter is 2 3/8 inches. The metal parts have a bit of tarnish. In good functioning vintage condition.
