barbaraofvenice Length of actual metal around is about 7.5". Length around including gap is: 9". I do not have thin wrists and it fits me. Since it's silver, it can be bent either way to make it bigger or smaller. Width is: 1". Please let me know if you need more info, apologize for my delayed response.
