NWT slip dress/flutter sleeves

I wanted to love this dress on me as much as I loved it on the hanger, but it wasn’t flattering on me. Beautiful tropical navy and orange print, fully lined. Bought in Canton Trade Days, and the boutique did not have a fitting room. I’m 5’ 9” and it falls above my knees. XL—not a stretchy fabric
