90s Velvet Mini Dress Cheongsam Inspired

VINTAGE 90s mini dress (cheongsam inspired) Rich blue velvet (lightened photo to show color) Fits extra small to small, tight around arms and neck Measurements have been APPROX doubled so you can see what it will be: Waist: 12 1/2in= 25 inches Total Length: 36 inches Hips: 17 in = 34 inches Arms opening: 5in = 10inches Neck opening: 5 1/2in = 11 inches approx Has: 6 snap buttons Side zipper works Hook closure on top of neck Small side slit Unlined Some fabric may be available for letting out, not entirely sure. I cannot promise that it would work, I'm not a seamstress! I took video of the insides and photo (shown in third and fourth) *Had to cut video down for 15 secs and zoom it in, sorry Inner neck trim has stains but doesn't affect wearability- may just be dirt and easy to clean? No noticeable tears or cuts to velvet Velvet is soft and seems a little “crushed” in texture I'd say overall condition for a VINTAGE item is GOOD TO GREAT ***Please note all vintage items have been pre-loved or pre-worn. I do my best to acknowledge all the issues but at the end of the day, it’s still a vintage item!! Perfect to wear with knee high boots or chunky platforms / reminds me of what Buffy would wear to the Bronze! I bought it from ETSY to wear but it doesn't fit me- want it to go to a home where it's appreciated!
