NWT, Sterling silver pearl and heart necklace. The charm measures .75" long. There are what I am assuming cubic zirconia's or maybe white sapphires all around the heart. The tag really does not clarify what these white stones are. This does have a Box chain with it. It also has a lobster claw. The chain measures 18" long.
