New trouser pants. I am guessing they are trouser pants because there is no waist tag and the leg opening measurement is almost 9 inches. They seem to be a little too roomy to be a straight leg, but I could be wrong. Polyester blend - material has stretch. There is elastic on the waistband on the sides only. Two front pockets with zipper closures. Waist is 12.5 inches. Inseam is almost 31 inches. Rise is 10.5 inches. Leg opening is 8.75 inches. Item has been marked so it cannot be returned to the store.
