PARKER Blue Sequin Cocktail Dress

New, Never worn. Haiti Open-Back Sequined Dress. Parker dress in sequined mesh. Approx. 32 1/2" shoulder to hem. V neckline; cutout back. Sleeveless; thin shoulder coverage. Slim, fitted silhouette. Tags may or may not be attached. PLEASE NOTE: I just noticed that a small patch of sequins are missing from a spot on the skirt. I did not notice this previously and believe it would be an easy fix - that being said, I am reducing the dress $30 to account of that.
