Vintage LAURENCE KAZAR Sequined Silk Top

I'm really taken by the beauty of hand-embroidered and hand-embellished vintage clothing and fabrics from India. The labor-intensive fabrications and clothing products are really works of art. That's how I feel about this top and a couple of other vintage products in my closet made in India. Vintage clothing by LAURENCE KAZAR is stunning and recognizable for its gorgeous, embellished fabrications that are not very available anymore. I think it is for the better that people do not work so hard for so little money to create these kinds of products anymore, but I treasure these stunning vintage items. This top has a 100% silk shell with a 100% polyester lining. The colorful sequins and black beaded design is gorgeous and without damage. The sleeves and hem are gently scalloped. It measures 24" across and is 28" in length. Some pictures were taken under a skylight where the colors appear brightly. In typical indoor lighting in other pictures, the colored flowers are more muted and sparkling. Size is 2X.
