This vintage lamp is circa 1960's and more than likely from Japan, however there are no markings. The base is made to resemble an old fashioned spinning wheel with basket underneath, has gold tone base for lamp (see pics there is a crack in the gold tone base), and a clear glass lamp that has a frosted bottom.
