@cnam4411! I am in between those sizes too! Bust is 34, waist is 26, and hips is 36! I’m 130 pounds, 5’2, I swear a size 26 in jeans!, and usually dresses size 4-6, this fit perfectly. It does HUG you! Hope this helps :)!
