3 tier yellow floral midi dress v neck with criss cross straps and ties for adjusting. cutout where bow can be tied (hard to tell in pics) 2 tiers are lined and the bottom tier is sheer Perfect for Easter!! Or spring/summer weddings! This is from a boutique a couple years ago that I wore once to a bridal shower. Boutique brand called Sugar + Lips Measurements: Cinched waist is about 14.5" flat but when it is stretched out all the way it is about 23" Pit to pit is about 20" but can be adjusted bigger or smaller by the tie on the back Hip measurement is roughly 24.5" laid flat Length is about 39" from the armpit to bottom hem
