Lightweight quilted puffer jacket with removable sleeves (zip in). I think if the tags were removed carefully, this would also be reversible. It is ~32" from the tip of the collar to the bottom hem, the bust is ~38" and the sleeves are ~25" (measured from the top shoulder seam to the hem). The jacket is in very good condition.
