Vintage 60s handmade mini dress, tweed gingham

Vintage handmade 60s tweed minidress. Red, white, and blue gingham tweed. Double- breasted. Scoop neckline. Long sleeved. Fully lined. No pockets. Great condition. Flaws: one of the buttons is chipped (pnly noticeable upon closer inspection) and lining has color fade (see pics). No tags or labels. Measurements (approx and laying flat): Bust: 19” Waist: 19.5” Hips: 21” Length, sleeves: 22” Length, total: 31” For ref, I am 5’4” (32-25-36) and it was loose in the bust and waist.
