Betsy & Adams strapless full-length evening gown with side ruffles. It has rhinestones across the bodice. The ruffels are tiered. I tried to take pictures of the tiers but it's hard because they are black. The ruffles are sheer. There is a photo of the ruffle pulled flat. It looks blue but it is black. It is a size 16. There are 2 cross spaghetti straps that criss-cross across the back. It's an elegant gown.
