@nicole8669 hi no stretch 100% rayon so more flowy. Fitted in the hip/bottom area depending on individual fit. I am a standard missyβs 12 in bottoms and it still fits me just a little too tightly. Soft Surroundings tend to run bigger in sizing. If you are smaller than I it will be looser on you. Hope this helps π
