Party, cocktail, holiday, fashion dress. The dress is new without tags. Size medium but seems on the small side to me. Purchased for an event but was too small.  Never worn. Soft, stretchy fabric.  Nice, thick quality fabric and construction.  Dress is shorter in front with cute back ruffle.  Chic raw edge with simple straight stitch. Straight neck and hem line are very flattering. cute mint color. NWOT
