Perhaps the dress is meant to to worn partially un-zipped Techno cotton poplin Pockets at hips (still sewn shut) Zips all the way open in front Boning in skirt pushes out the sides for a dramatic shape Boned bodice Shoulder pads US 10 / IT 46 / FR 44 Condition: New and unworn, but the boning on sides of skirt is bent from storage. I don't know if it can be bent back into shape, I tried and it feels like it is a flexible plastic tubing rather than metal wire. Measurements in inches:  Bust: 34 Waist: 29 Hips: 48 Length from top of shoulder: 41
