New without tags. I loved this jacket so much I ended up buying it in 3 sizes. Originally got the large and thought it a little too close fitting for anything but a t-shirt underneath. Went back for an xlarge but it was sold out so I got the 2x which was way too big for me. I neglected to send it back within the time frame set out by the Etsy craftsman. when the xlarge came back in stock I got that as well (yeah, that obsessed with this maker).
