@wmsonklw For AE and Old Navy jeans, I'm typically a 12-14, but I wear size medium in CVG shorts and leggings! I will say the shorts tend to feel looser on people so many size down. I carry extra weight at the moment so they feel comfy on me. Not sure how familiar you are with CVG gear, but hopefully this helps! Let me know if you have anymore questions.
