Gentle elastic at the waist for flattering the figure without tucking. I debated selling, but it’s the wrong size for me. Measurements are deceptive, since it’s a generous fit on a figure due to the style and cut. Definitely a L. Armpit to armpit: approx 21.5” but generous still; shoulder to hem approx. 23.5”. Looks great in black pants, skirt, dressing up denim, etc. Moss green, gold, bronze, brown, hints of teal. Make me an offer!
