Heavy duty very well made- buttons and fabric feel too new to be true vintage. Lots of seam detail with a contoured flattering structured upper bodice area and pleated full swing skirt/bottom I think it’s a wool blend with a satin lining. I could not find a single tag on it😫. Fits like a s/m. Waist measures 14.5”, armpit to armpit 17”, shoulder to hem 41”
