Black Velvet Evening Dress with High Neckline and Burnout Sheer Long Sleeves

Black velvet dress has high neckline with long sleeves. Sleeves have sheer burnout velvet design and small shoulder pads for structure. Back zipper, slits on each side for ease of movement. Sizes fit small, see below for measurements for best results. Dress shop overstock, has never been worn. Very good condition, light wear from storage.
