Like new Blue dress size L Juniors

Like new dress! Only worn once, to a wedding. It is super lightweight and breathable. The length landed just above my knee. The design on the top portion is very form fitting and makes every curve flattering. There was a spot on it in the picture but it has since been dry-cleaned and is no longer there
