It has a stretchy neckband, designed for off the shoulder wear, but can also be worn on the shoulders. The hem and sleeves also have elastic, for a fitted look. It has three button accents at the neckline. It's in a beautiful grey, with teal, green, purple, and white floral paisley. I wore this primarily with gothic and renaissance fair outfits, under an underbust corset, but it also looks great on its own, paired with just jeans or a skirt! Wonderful Bohemian and hippie vibes!
