This is adorable!! There are drawstrings on each side in the bottom so you can make it more fitted to the hip or leave it loose. Size says large but I'm a medium and it fits well. If you like it a little more oversized then it's great for a small frame. Top to bottom 21.5". Armpit to armpit around 20 inches. Arm length 19". Really fun top!!
