This is a like new 80’s to 90’s vintage Bonnie Jean women’s size 16 sailor pin-up style dress, the chest piece is removable and with out it the dress is a v-neck. The dress is navy blue and white with a bow on the front and 6 buttons (3 on the left and 3 on the right), it is made of 100% polyester and has a couple of TINY pulls and a TINY pen mark on the bottom hem (photos provided)
