new without tags vibrant red and black print throughout camera doesnt do it justice marked size S but fits medium as well, equivalent to numerical clothing range 4-8 very soft and stretchy armpit to armpit laying flat is 18" total length is about 32" does not wrinkle this is a long top but can be worn as a dress also
