Blue dress either a bright navy or dark royal. Top:95% Rayon 5% Spandex, Bottom: 100% rayon. 32 1/2 inches wide tube/waist, 44 1/2 inches long. Can be worn as a skirt or Tube dress, worn a few times only, like new condition. It’s a soft rayon jersey type material. Very cozy. Not lined. Can be worn as a Fold over skirt. (Belt not included) I added the tag from the same white dress I have except white dress has attached slip.
